This is what happens when you turn 40 at Prosper. Some people are crazy. Poor Matt Easton didn't even get any lights for the whole day (some of his employees sectioned off his desk with black plastic and unscrewed the light bulb). He was a good sport. Definitely a birthday he will not soon forget.

Finally ... my first time at the Provo Airport with Dave! I got the grand tour, enjoyed an amazing sunset, and even got to sit in a couple of awesome small planes with my hott boyfriend. Now I want him to take me flying!

14th Ward Relief Society Retreat! We went to our second counselor in our bishopric's family cabin in Schofield overnight and had the best time ever. The theme was virtue and the temple and it really was a lifechanging experience for me. Along with the awesome spiritual stuff, we had fun making music videos, playing games, eating lots of food and treats, hiking, dying of heat in the sun, taking photos, and swimming in the lake. I love the girls in my ward dearly and am grateful for their examples. Pictured: Betsey West, Lacie Jensen, Kayly Bundy, myself, and Leisel Lowe.

I finally got to meet Brandon and Julie Nixon (after hearing about them for 8 months)! We had dinner at Tucanos (and got seated next to Lindsey and her family ... so random) and then were too full to do anything but lounge around and chat at their place after. It was so awesome to meet Dave's best friends and get to know them. Hope I made a good impression.

FHE at my house ... exotic food night ... Korean food from the Jessens. Awesome food. Not the best memories all around. But people came and we had a good time. And I tasted Kimchee for the first time ... not bad at all.

Dave, the master of awesome date surprises, took me on a little date hike. It was spectacular! We went to Dry Canyon, went on a little hike to the top of this grassy hill, saw the best views of the sunset and Utah Valley, spread out a blanket and had a sack lunch, saw the moon rise, chatted, and had Tim Tam Slams! I love this boy. He knows just how to make me smile.

Happy Happy Birthday to my amazing Dave!!! He turned the big 2-8 and I surprised him all day long with such things as wakeboarding with his friends, lots of presents, lunch with more friends, and a play up at Sundance. It was a perfect day.
