I love BBQs with Dave. We both have this love of cooking new and exciting things. This time around it was Grilled Pineapple Curry Chicken. It may look a little weird, and I know you can't see the chicken because it's swimming in honey bbq sauce (and I am adding the yumm coconut lime curry sauce), but it was fantastic.

I love BBQs with Dave. We both have this love of cooking new and exciting things. This time around it was Grilled Pineapple Curry Chicken.
