At my work we can nominate each other for "Can Do Awards" for going above and beyond the call of duty. Ben Clore, one of my favourite Prosper employees, comes around and acts like a little delivery man to bring us our award and gift certificates. It's awesome. I laughed so hard I had to get a photo. (sorry for the bad quality)
